About
12 Cuts Brazilian Steakhouse is a *churrascaria* — a Brazilian steakhouse with tableside service of fire-grilled meats — at 18010 Dallas Parkway in North Dallas. It was founded by *Juarez De Conto and Alda Boiani*, a husband-and-wife team who immigrated from southern Brazil in 1997 and opened their own restaurant in *September 2019* after decades working for other churrascaria groups.
The name comes from wanting to serve fewer cuts, done well, rather than the long, padded meat lists some churrascarias use to cut costs. All meat is *prime or high-choice*, the salad bar runs largely *organic*, and the kitchen makes soups, sauces, and desserts from scratch daily rather than buying pre-made.
It's still a family-run kitchen: the same core grill staff has worked there since opening, and the owners eat there themselves most days.
What to expect
The *rodizio dinner* ($65.95 per person) is continuous tableside service of fire-grilled meats — picanha, bone-in ribeye, filet mignon wrapped in bacon, New Zealand lamb chops and leg of lamb, pork ribs, Argentinian sausage, and organic chicken — plus an organic salad bar and warm sides like cheese bread, fried polenta, and caramelized bananas. A salad-bar-only option runs $34.95.
Lunch (Mon–Fri, 11 am–2 pm) offers the same format at $47.95, a shorter six-cut *Churrasco Experience* at $36.95, or salad bar only at $22.95. Kids 6 and under eat for $10, and ages 7–11 pay half price.
Dessert is made in-house daily, including a *chocolate* and a *dulce de leche* molten lava cake ($13 each), and the restaurant runs a Monday–Friday *happy hour* from 4:30–6:30 pm with discounted cocktails and appetizers.
Highlights
12 Cuts has won OpenTable's *Diners' Choice* award six years running, 2020 through 2025. Meat is grilled over an actual *charcoal fire* rather than gas, seasoned simply with sea salt, which staff say is the difference in flavor.
The restaurant holds a *4.7-star average across more than 2,100 Google reviews*, with prime and high-choice meat cuts and an organic salad bar cited as the reason food costs run higher than competitors.
Pricing
Dinner rodizio runs *$65.95 per person* ($34.95 salad-bar-only); lunch rodizio is *$47.95* ($36.95 for a six-cut version, $22.95 salad-bar-only). Prices exclude beverages, dessert, tax, and gratuity, putting 12 Cuts in *$$$* territory for a full churrascaria experience.

Groups of *20 or more* get a $100 gift card for the host plus a $20 bonus gift card for every attendee. Call the events line directly at *(214) 500-9649* or email groupevents@12cutssteakhouse.com to book.
